Weigh Hopper Assembly

• 50kg capacity stainless steel hopper totally encased in a folded stainless enclosure.
• Inlet ports for six admixture lines.
• Automatic water flush with a unique ‘all-round’ spray bar system.
• Ball-valve type actuators for water flush and weigh hopper discharge.
• Micro switch to detect weigh hopper valve closed position.
• 1½” discharge port to assist fast delivery to mixer.

Admixture Pump Unit

• Genuine Mono® ‘CMS’ or ‘CMM’ range pumps.
• Stainless steel support frame, totally encased in a folded stainless enclosure.
• Stainless steel contractor panel c/w door isolator switch and isolation for each pump.
• All pumps fitted with quick release couplings for easy maintenance.
• Anti-frost heater and thermostat.

Batch Controller/Data Recorder

• Easy to use 2-line alpha-numeric graphic display.
• Facility to batch by weight or volume.
• Dispenses two admixes per run cycle and automatic water flush between batches.
• Records and prints all usage and current admixture stock levels in litres.
• Batch print shows plant name, docket, date/time, material names. target/actual weights.
• Totalising facility with daily/monthly reset.
• Batching data sent directly to printer or stored on PC.
• Secure user access levels with password protection.
