Loadcells
PWS carry a large stock of loadcells, ranging from 20kg to 200 tonne capacities.
Shear beams, S beams, canister cells, double-ended and folded shear beams, to list but a few. Various loading assemblies are also kept in stock. We are able to match your existing loadcells and can source almost any type of loadcell or strain gauge. Load-pins can be re-gauged or manufactured to suit wide range of applications. Loadlinks and telemetry systems are readily available, we also supply a range of thermal and pressure transducers.

Flowmeters
We supply a comprehensive range of low cost, high specification flow meters, suitable for a varied and diverse range of fluid media applications.
Magflow, turbine, single and multi-jet meters, Woltmann helix or nutating disc meters can all be supplied with a variety of output formats to suit your individual process requirements.
We carry in stock a wide range of digital counters and data logging instruments to supplement our meters.

Platform Scales
PWS supplies a range of light, to heavy duty, platform scales, supplied with or without an indicator. The plaforms are manufactured in a wide range of capacities and are finished in powder coated mild steel. Stainless steel and ATEX versions are readily available.
We also supply a selection of portable weigh beams for pallet weighing, axle weighing pads, crane scales and on-board weighing systems for loading shovels and forktrucks. Our product portfolio also includes a competitive range of counting scales and fine balances.

Pumps
A range of dispensing pumps are held in stock at all times by PWS. We have large stocks of Mono light duty progressive cavity pumps, a range of self priming pumps such as Calpeda, Stuart, Lowara, to list but a few.
Seal kits for most types of light duty pumps are also available. A 24-hour delivery service is now available for most of our pumps and associated products.

Instrumentation
A wide selection of industrial indicators are readily available in a variety of formats. From simple digital indication, to full-blown process plant automation systems, PWS design and manufacture sytems tailored to meet the individual requirements of our customers.
We supply and install a comprehensive range of basic instrumentation, which can include options such as relay outputs, serial, analogue and digital outputs. We also design logic software for bespoke plc control systems, through to fully computerised batching and process systems.
From extra-large displays for outdoor applications, to virtual instruments and data loggers, we will have a solution to your process application.
